Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MOZ GROUP TEKNOLOJİ BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Halkalı Merkez Mah. 1. Posta Sk. Cadde24 Rezidans No: 12 İç Kapı No: 77, Küçükçekmece / İstanbul, Türkiye (MERSİS 0623228324400001) ("we", "us"), for the Tellsy app and related services ("Tellsy"). By creating an account or using Tellsy you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tellsy.
Who can use Tellsy
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
- You must not be barred from using the app under applicable law.
What Tellsy is
Tellsy lets you add an exported chat and see statistics, a story-style summary, a generated "Chat Aura", texting types and, if you choose, AI-generated reads of the chat.
- Chats are read and stored on your phone. Statistics are calculated on your phone.
- AI features are optional, require your separate consent, and send a short masked excerpt to our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy and AI Processing Notice.
- Tellsy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Other product names belong to their owners.
Your account
Tellsy requires an account. You sign in with Apple, Google or a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Your chats are not stored in your account. If you delete the app or change phones, chats on the old phone cannot be recovered by us.
Your content and the people in your chats
"Your content" means the chats you add and anything you type into Tellsy, such as questions to Ask Tellsy.
- You are responsible for your content. Only add chats that you took part in and that you are allowed to use. Do not add chats taken from someone else's phone or account.
- Chats include other people's messages and personal data. Use Tellsy and its results in a respectful way that does not harm them. Our Acceptable Use policy explains what is not allowed.
- You keep all rights in your content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to process your content only as needed to provide Tellsy to you, mainly on your phone and, for AI features you choose to use, as described in the AI Processing Notice. This permission ends when you delete the content, except where we must keep data by law.
AI results
AI results are pattern-based reads of text for reflection and entertainment.
- They are generated automatically from a short excerpt and statistics. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of context.
- They do not know tone of voice, what happens outside the chat, or the full history of a relationship.
- They are not professional advice of any kind, including psychological, medical, legal or relationship counselling, and they are not a judgement of any person.
- Do not use AI results as the only basis for important decisions about yourself or someone else.
- If you are in danger or worried about someone's safety, contact local emergency services.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features, prices, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds are described in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms. Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use policy. In short: no harassment, stalking, monitoring or controlling others, no shaming people with their results, no illegal content, and no attempts to break, reverse engineer or overload Tellsy or our AI features.
Sharing
Tellsy can create share cards. Cards you share leave Tellsy and are your responsibility. Before sharing something that shows another person's name or words, think about whether they would be comfortable with it. Free share cards include a Tellsy watermark.
Our rights
Tellsy, its design, texts, graphics, generated artwork templates and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes under these Terms.
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features. We try to keep Tellsy available but do not promise that it will always work without interruption or errors. We may update these Terms; if a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Tellsy after that, the new Terms apply.
Ending your use
You can stop using Tellsy and delete your account at any time in Settings > Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the law, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, Tellsy is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that results, including statistics parsed from exports, are accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Tellsy's results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded Tellsy from the App Store:
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tellsy or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Tellsy.
- If Tellsy fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to Tellsy, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or consumer protection claims.
- Apple is not responsible for third-party claims that Tellsy infringes intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are competent for disputes. If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you can also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the consumer court where you live, within the monetary limits set each year. If you are a consumer elsewhere, nothing in these Terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
