Delete your account.

You can delete your Tellsy account and data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Tellsy and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Settings (the gear), then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@tellsy.neuros.com.tr from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Tellsy account". We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in (email or Apple / Google link).
• Your subscription link and credit balance on our servers. Unused credits are lost.
• In the app: all chats, stats, AI results and the AI log on your phone.

What is kept

• Your chats were never on our servers. Deleting the app removes them from your phone too.
• Records we must keep by law, such as purchase records, for the period the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
